Met in person with Alex and had a great conversation reviewing options for both renters and automobile insurance. One of the most important things to note is that Alex made sure I understood all my options and never pressured me to make the choices I did. I spent a week trying find a company to cover my tree service. Most wouldn’t even consider me because it’s considered “high risk.” Alex got me an amazing rate, fairly quickly and was very friendly. Also, his staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. I am very pleased so far.

Exceptional service. I always am able to get an answer to my insurance questions immediately, or, when they cannot answer my question, they respond within 24 hours. They also shop for not only the best rates, but more importantly the best coverage. I have recommended them to many friends and family. They have been impressed as well.

Such an amazing small company. They found us a great rate through a very reputable insurance company. No gimmicks, only found us exactly what we needed, and even talked us out of one extra we were going to pay for that they didn’t think we needed. This is, hands-down, the absolute best insurance agency I've ever worked with! This weekend we had a sewer backup in our basement on Saturday. I called the agency on the emergency phone number. Within a couple of minutes after I explained our dilemma, Sarah, from the agency, called a Restoration company and got working on our claim, traveling to the office from her family gathering...Just to help us!! With her help we were able to get things resolved quickly. The adjuster came out Monday, restoration is happening now and we are extremely pleased and grateful! Thank you to the Brian Van De Hey Insurance Agency for all of your help and dedication!!!!

The company I had been with was not able to offer me the necessary documentation I needed for an occupational license. I called Van De Hey Insurance and Sarah was helpful from the very beginning. As an employee of an insurance company I was hesitant to seek coverage elsewhere but my lifestyle changed that I needed a carrier that insured for different risk. I was in a PANIC. I sold my home and was in the process of moving in to my apartment and thought I should just check to make sure my insurance was in order.
My old agent neglected to get my renters insurance because she was "out of the office" After years of frustrations with her I looked for a new agent.
I FOUND BRIAN. WHAT A BLESSING.
I needed coverage now or yesterday. Alex went above and beyond to get my insurance in order. AND saved me almost $500.00 a year on my car insurance.
