This is, hands-down, the absolute best insurance agency I've ever worked with! This weekend we had a sewer backup in our basement on Saturday. I called the agency on the emergency phone number. Within a couple of minutes after I explained our dilemma, Sarah, from the agency, called a Restoration company and got working on our claim, traveling to the office from her family gathering...Just to help us!! With her help we were able to get things resolved quickly. The adjuster came out Monday, restoration is happening now and we are extremely pleased and grateful! Thank you to the Brian Van De Hey Insurance Agency for all of your help and dedication!!!!

I've been working with Brian for 30 years since I was 16 and he came to my parents house to talk to me about vehicle insurance and the importance of safe driving etc. I've continued to use him for all my insurance needs. He has called me out of the blue to tell me I could save money. One time my basement flooded and he personally came over and even started helping take out drywall. I doubt other agents do that. Highly recommended!!

I was in a PANIC. I sold my home and was in the process of moving in to my apartment and thought I should just check to make sure my insurance was in order.
